Products

We sell fresh and frozen seafood products. All product descriptions are as accurate as possible, however minor variations in size, weight and appearance may occur due to the natural nature of seafood. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed. We are not responsible for any third-party payment service fees.

Orders

Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock shortage, pricing error, suspected fraud or delivery location restrictions.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery service is available within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially for fresh seafood. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the perishable goods at the delivery address. We are not liable for spoilage caused by missed delivery.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive damaged, spoiled or incorrect items, you must contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess claims and offer refund or replacement at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages arising from use or consumption of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law.
